Terms of Service

The service

QSIM Top-Up helps customers in Qatar top up prepaid mobile numbers. You send a request, a manager contacts you, you agree the amount and pay on a secure step, and we arrange the top-up. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with any mobile operator or government body.

Your responsibilities

• Give a correct mobile number and check it when your manager repeats it.
• Use only payment cards you are entitled to use.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to send false requests.

Prices and fees

The full total in QAR, including any service fee, is confirmed with you before payment. Nothing is charged until you agree to that total.

Completion of a top-up

A top-up is complete when the credit appears on the number you confirmed. Credit applied to a number you confirmed in error cannot always be reversed; we will help where possible.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel at no cost at any time before paying. Refunds after payment are covered by our Refund Policy.

Liability

We take reasonable care to complete each top-up correctly and promptly. We are not responsible for delays or outages caused by the mobile network, the payment provider or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of the State of Qatar.
